Takes place during a 12pm study session. Enter on Market Street (street parking). The Library will present their annual report and 2024 working budget. We plan to attend IN PERSON. No comments allowed but we’ll have free shirts available onsite to wear in support of a Hilltop Library. We’ll also do an email blitz a week before the meeting to encourage council members to discuss Hilltop library specifics. We’ll email an action notice with more details, including text you can copy/paste, closer to the date.
